Tedd Barr

Chief Executive Officer

Tedd started his advertising career at Far West Media, a direct response advertising agency, in Long Beach, CA over 18 years ago. After running sales for several years and helping successfully grow agency revenues by over 400%, Tedd made the decision to start Pacific Media Group (PMG) in 2004. For over nine years, Tedd oversaw all aspects of the business including sales, media buying, creative and account management. During this time, he managed many successful campaigns and became an expert in direct response radio, TV and digital advertising. Simplicity has rapidly grown into one of the leading direct response advertising agencies in the United States. Simplicity Media has a wide range of clients with substantial expertise in the following verticals: financial services, education, medical, legal, home services, and consumer goods.

Daniel Williams

Controller

Daniel brings extensive experience working with both Fortune 500 companies and small start-ups to our team. Daniel leads the finance group for the agency and has done a terrific job managing hundreds of millions of client dollars over the years. He has developed great relationships with both clients and media partners. His unique attention to detail has proved invaluable as the agency has dealt with tremendous growth. Jason brings over 23 years of media experience to Simplicity Media with a unique background in both radio programming/production and advertising. For the last 12 years Jason has been developing and growing advertising campaigns from the ground up using a diversified portfolio of radio, TV, podcasts and digital components to exceed the clients’ metrics in an ever-changing media landscape. Having run campaigns for almost every category and every size budget, he knows how to maximize the client's dollars to get the highest ROI. Jason holds a degree in Film and Electronic Arts with an emphasis on electronic media from Cal State Long Beach.

Amanda Judge

Amanda brings 23 years of media planning and buying experience in a multitude of verticals, complementing the expert team at Simplicity Media. Amanda is an ambitious goal-oriented media professional with a proven track record of success in strategizing, planning and executing comprehensive cross channel advertising campaigns with an analytical approach. After years of working in direct response media planning and buying, analytics was a natural next step. In recent years, Amanda has immersed herself in programmatic advertising and strategy, having run national programmatic campaigns for brands such as UFC. Amanda is a self-proclaimed data geek at her core and deeply enjoys the complexities of cross channel marketing.

Jason Griner

For eight years, Jason has worked with numerous clients in the advertising industry to help them achieve their goals. He knows that every client is different, and uses a “be like water” approach to adapt to their specific needs. Whether that requires thinking outside the box to find a creative solution to their concerns, or working closely with vendors to get his clients the best possible ROI, Jason excels at making sure his clients thrive. Since joining Simplicity Media, Jason has continued to build and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors to develop a sense of trust and lasting partnerships. Jason holds a degree in Communication Studies from Cal State Northridge.

Mitchell Chedester

Mitchell won't gamble with your media buy. But he does like Vegas, and you can find him there on weekends in his free time. Mitchell Chedester is a high-profile senior media buyer with over 23+ years of successful experience delivering successful marketing campaigns customized to each clients’ unique needs. He has worked with small start-ups helping them to become thriving businesses and large corporations like Home Depot, who saw increased sales/revenue and higher traffic driven to local stores. Previously, Mitchell was the Senior Broadcast Negotiator for Horizon Media where he provided direction, input, and perfected strategic media buying plans for clients including NBC/Universal, Geico, Jack in the Box, and Harrah’s Casinos, where he paid particular attention to demographic analysis to accommodate each client’s needs. Mitchell’s all in when it comes to ensuring radio campaigns will be heard by the largest targeted audience possible at the lowest negotiated cost.

Celina Lugo

Celina is an experienced media buying and planning professional with over 15 years of expertise across marketing, agency, rep firm, and vendor roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the entire advertising process. She excels in delivering multi-channel campaigns with a proven ability to craft data-driven strategies, negotiate competitive rates, and optimize performance to achieve exceptional results for her clients. Celina has successfully managed high-budget accounts, developed competitive RFPs, and worked with international, national, and local vendors to execute impactful strategies. Dedicated and results-oriented, Celina consistently goes above and beyond to meet client needs and deliver efficient and competitive campaigns.

Martin Mihaly

For the last five years, Martin has worked in the advertising industry, helping clients meet and exceed their goals. Martin has spent time working on a variety of campaigns and clients in the radio industry. Nothing brings him more joy than to see his clients succeed. Martin holds two bachelor’s degrees, one from West Virginia University and most recently from William Paterson University with a degree in Communications – Broadcast Journalism.

Connor Chyr

Senior Data Analyst

Connor lives and breathes data. He is passionate about diving into complex problems and finding data-backed solutions that aid media buyers and maximize ROAS for the clients. Connor has extensive experience with a variety of analytical platforms and is constantly searching for new avenues to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Connor graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and subsequently graduated from the University of La Verne with a Master’s degree in Data Analytics.

Lauren Dippolito

Head of Operations

Lauren started at Simplicity Media as a Media Assistant , working her way up to Office Manager, and now Head of Operations as of 2025. She brings commitment and diligence and takes pride in the multiple responsibilities she has at the company. She maintains day-to-day office operations, helps organize and facilitate projects, specifically assisting on the development of our new proprietary system, as well as handle extensive company-wide reporting. Because of her starting role at Simplicity, she helps bridge the gap between departments. With her drive, she hopes to continue the rapid growth of this company.

Britany Lueras

Senior Sales Account Manager

With over a decade of experience in client-focused roles across diverse industries, Britany enjoys making people’s lives a little easier where she can. At Simplicity Media, she focuses on driving new business initiatives, collaborating with sales and media buying teams to develop tailored advertising proposals, and ensuring seamless campaign launches. Known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Britany takes pride in simplifying processes and supporting her team to exceed client expectations and achieve client success. Britany holds a degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University.

Stephanie Gaines

Senior Director, Business Development

Stephanie's career has been focused on driving new revenue channels at the intersection of media, advertising and technology. She has a passion for finding and creating first-in-market advertising opportunities for clients. After managing literary talent and producing a series of telefilms for CBS that still air today, she sold predictive analytics to the film studios and networks that analyzed their potential ratings performance. CBS then asked her to join as Vice President, Marketing, where she served for 7 years, reporting directly to the CMO in New York. There, she created the media plans and positioning for CBS' primetime shows and digital extensions, and created multi-million dollar partnerships with companies including Intel. Her passion for technology brought her to Silicon Valley, where she created first-in-marketplace digital video products. She launched and sold the industry's first cross-screen video programmatic offering for PubMatic, and then served as Global Head of Marketing, overseeing 19 offices and their transition to programmatic for YuMe, now Tremor. After YuMe's successful sale, she worked for Technicolor and more recently, has launched new revenue channels for start-ups based in Silicon Valley. She has served on Intel's Consumer Board of Advisors, Greenspring's Venture Fund, and has received a number of industry awards for her work.

Tony works with clients in a vast array of verticals to help them achieve their CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals. He works every day with our buyers, creative and analytics teams to further improve metrics for his clients, while exploring new opportunities to help them stay one step ahead of their competition and help significantly increase their ROI. Jeff Moroukian

Senior Account Executive

Been a part of the Simplicity Media family for awhile now. He can manage multiple clients at once thanks to his background in Construction Management and Engineering. Jeff offers exceptional communication skills and is very easy to get along with. Since joining Simplicity Media, Jeff has always been eager to learn new initiatives including copy writing, Google Analytics and data optimizations.

Graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with a bachelors degree in Construction Management. Before his time with Simplicity Media, he was managing multiple teams on several multi $100M construction projects across the United States and Canada. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as rooting for his New York Yankees and New York Giants sports teams.

Passionate about leveraging emerging advertising technologies, Jeff creates strategic marketing programs that resonate deeply with target audiences and accelerate business growth. His collaborative style and insights make him a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Jeff is a proud husband of 31 years and a devoted dad and grandpa who knows a thing or two about legacy, in business and life.

James Fink

VP, Partnerships

With over 26 years of experience in media and digital strategy, James began his career in media sales and quickly advanced to leadership roles at CBS and Univision, where he managed top-performing radio stations and later served as Director of Sports, overseeing national broadcast deals with major NFL, MLB, and college teams. He went on to build and scale a performance-driven digital agency, blending traditional media with data-driven strategies across TV, radio, social, and search. As demand grew, he expanded the agency’s offerings to include web development, leading the creation of hundreds of websites across industries.
Now as VP of Partnerships at Simplicity Media, James brings his deep industry expertise and results-focused mindset to help brands grow through smarter, more efficient media solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
