Podcast Advertising Agency
We connect show selection, host-read and produced audio, media buying and response measurement. Start with the audience and the business decision your first test needs to answer.
Podcast advertising services, from brief to response
A good placement starts with audience fit. We help you decide which shows, formats and response paths suit your offer, then build a buying and measurement plan around them.
Host-read podcast ads
We match the show and host to your audience, develop talking points and coordinate the read. The brief covers the offer, required claims and the action listeners should take.
- Show and audience selection
- Host talking points and coordination
- Placement and schedule planning
- Recording review and response tracking
Programmatic podcast advertising
Produced audio can run across eligible podcast inventory, with audience and geographic controls that vary by publisher and buying platform. We review those limits before committing the plan.
- Audience and inventory planning
- Produced audio and trafficking
- Creative testing and delivery review
- Measurement matched to the available data
What to check before buying podcast ads
Two proposals can use the same CPM and still offer very different placements. The buying brief should make the audience, delivery terms and evidence clear before you commit.
- Audience and show fit
- Review the show's subject, listener geography, audience evidence and suitability for your offer. Ask when the audience data was collected and what it actually measures.
- Placement and delivery
- Confirm pre-roll, mid-roll or post-roll; host-read or produced audio; and baked-in or dynamically inserted delivery. Record the schedule, approval process, exclusions and what happens if delivery falls short.
- Price and reporting units
- Separate media, production and service costs. Check whether the quoted unit is a download, impression or another delivery measure, how it is counted and which reporting standard the seller follows.
- Response and attribution
- Agree the URL, offer or call path, conversion definition and attribution window before launch. Review delivery alongside qualified response, and distinguish an attributed conversion from evidence of an incremental sale.
Our service is for advertisers buying podcast media. We connect the placement to your wider campaign and response path; audience growth or publicity for a podcast show is a different brief.
What we need to plan your first test
Bring your target audience, priority markets, current media mix and the outcome you need to improve. We will also look at your conversion path and the data available to measure it.
- 01
Define the first test
Agree the audience, offer, budget and success measure. Decide what response would justify continuing, changing or stopping the test.
- 02
Choose shows and creative
Compare audience fit, placement terms and the host or produced format. Make sure the message and landing experience ask for the same action.
- 03
Review response before scaling
Look at delivery alongside calls, tracked visits, leads and sales where data is available. Use the evidence to adjust shows, creative and spend.

A documented example of testing before scaling
Our Optima Tax Relief case study describes a controlled radio test that expanded to 200+ stations nationwide each week during a seven-year partnership. It shows how response informed the next media decision.
This is radio work, not a podcast campaign or a forecast for your results.

A listener may search your name, call or visit a landing page. Connect podcast with paid search and landing page conversion optimization so the response path is ready before the ads run.
We can also coordinate radio advertising, TV and CTV advertising and creative production around the same brief.
