We plan and buy linear TV and CTV, then connect that reach with paid search, campaign creative, and landing pages that turn interest into calls, enquiries, and applications. Senior media operators oversee the agreed work across markets, audiences, inventory, and frequency. What we can manage

We agree on the services, deliverables, and responsibilities in your proposal.

TV and CTV planning and buying
We plan audiences, markets, inventory, reach, and frequency, with senior media operators overseeing the buy.
    Paid search and demand capture
We align queries, campaign timing, landing pages, and conversion tracking with the demand created by TV.
    Creative production
We develop or adapt campaign creative. The proposal defines assets, versions, revisions, approvals, and usage rights.
    Landing pages and conversion
We connect the ad to the page, form, or call, then use conversion and lead quality data to guide testing.
    Measurement and reporting
We separate delivery, attributed response, and business outcomes. Available data determines reconciliation, blended acquisition cost, and lift testing.
    Industry campaign planning
We plan around the product, customer journey, sales process, and outcome the business can document. Clients retain required approvals.

Confirm before buying: Agree on the product, markets, client approval owners, outcome definitions, data access, and complete cost before launch. Reporting connections and review frequency depend on the agreed scope.

    Campaign management
We coordinate the agreed TV and CTV buy with paid search, creative, landing pages, and measurement. Buying power supports efficient broadcast reach; response and customer outcome data guide later changes to markets, schedules, audiences, and creative.
    Creative and client approvals
We scope production or adaptation, product and market variants, revisions, and usage rights. Your legal and compliance reviewers retain approval of claims, disclosures, and final assets.
    Reporting and commercial review
We agree on connectors or exports, cost definitions, reporting fields, and outcome windows. Reviews can compare cost per valid enquiry, qualified enquiry, application, and completed customer outcome where the available records support those measures.

    MNTN

    Provider source: MNTN

MNTN Performance TV is a CTV buying platform that optimizes campaign delivery around an advertiser's budget and goal. Its published pricing includes audience targeting, creative tools, performance analytics, and attribution across devices within a retained share of media spend. MNTN measures website response with Verified Visits, which match an ad exposure to a later site visit within a defined window using household device connections.

Sources: Attribution methodPricing and included tools

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Teams evaluating a website response campaign with approved video, conversion tracking, and internal owners for search and lead follow up.

    Measurement and reporting

MNTN documents default Verified Visit windows of 14 days for prospecting and seven days for retargeting, with account customization. Its separate Last Touch metrics apply source validation rules. These are attribution definitions; a verified visit is not a qualified lead or funded account.

Confirm before buying: Confirm the attribution settings, tracked conversion event, creative deliverables, reporting exports, and responsibility for reconciling platform events with CRM outcomes.

    Buying and pricing
The pricing documentation describes dynamic CPM and an undisclosed retained margin within media spend, rather than separate technology or service fees.

  • Tinuiti logo
    Managed services

    Tinuiti / Bliss Point Media

Provider source: Tinuiti / Bliss Point Media

Tinuiti's Bliss Point Media offering combines media services with buying automation and measurement across streaming TV, linear TV, and audio. Its TV Flight Optimizer evaluates outcomes across networks, dayparts, available placements, and creative to inform planning. Its TV Autobuyer turns plans into insertion orders sent to linear networks. The offering connects TV planning and execution with Tinuiti's wider agency services.

    Sources: Bliss Point Media offering

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Advertisers comparing agency support for an established TV program that spans linear and streaming, with a need for coordinated buying and analytical support.

    Measurement and reporting

Tinuiti describes measurement of linear and streaming contribution to campaign outcomes. Buyers should request the model inputs, assumptions, reporting delay, and treatment of other media before using those estimates to allocate budget.

Confirm before buying: Specify which TV, audio, creative, search, and CRM workstreams are included. The listed technology does not establish the team, fees, or deliverables assigned to an account.

    Request before choosing
Named media and analytics owners, fee and minimum spend terms, sample financial outcome reporting, and an explanation of how modeled TV contribution is reconciled with actual customer records.
  • Strategus logo

    Potential fit

Financial advertisers or agencies evaluating an external team to operate CTV and related programmatic channels.

    Measurement and reporting

Strategus describes a reporting dashboard with custom feeds and APIs. Its finance offering names visits and loan applications as possible attribution goals. The proposal should explain how those signals are measured and whether they can be reconciled with qualification, approval, and funding.

Confirm before buying: Confirm permitted audience data, the media channels included, creative review owners, publisher reporting, attribution windows, and the identity method used across devices.

    Request before choosing

    Potential fit

Brands and agencies comparing a shared platform for linear and streaming investment, creative testing, and TV outcome reporting.

    Measurement and reporting

Tatari describes proprietary attribution and measurement of response over different time windows. A finance buyer should establish which events represent an application, approval, or funded outcome and how delayed CRM records enter reporting.

Confirm before buying: Confirm the selected product, buying routes, service responsibilities, measurement method, data exports, and the treatment of overlapping exposure.

The platform describes support for online and offline conversions, with attribution results feeding campaign optimization.

    Sources: Platform overviewMeasurement methodology

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Performance teams evaluating CTV against a defined conversion event, with separate owners for product approvals and downstream customer reporting.

    Measurement and reporting

tvScientific describes deterministic attribution and incremental lift analysis. Ask which method is included in the proposed account, how household matches are made, and what comparison supports a claim of additional customer acquisition.

Confirm before buying: Confirm audience availability, approved data use, event integrations, attribution windows, and whether the proposed outcome is a lead, qualified application, or completed customer acquisition.

    Request before choosing
Supported conversion definitions, sample event exports, the available independent measurement, and the current scope of Pinterest audience access for the account.
  • The Trade Desk logo
    DSP and publisher access

    The Trade Desk

    Provider source: The Trade Desk

The Trade Desk is a demand side platform for programmatic buying across CTV and other digital channels. Its CTV offering combines publisher access, audience data, and frequency controls across networks and devices. It also describes using linear TV exposure data to reach households that have not seen a linear campaign, where that capability is available. An advertiser's internal team or contracted partner operates the campaign.

    Sources: CTV buying capabilities

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Advertisers with programmatic operators who need control over supply, audiences, frequency, and measurement across a wider media plan.

    Measurement and reporting

Its CTV materials describe reporting across publishers using reach, frequency, traditional TV metrics, and sales outcomes. Linear exposure based audience extensions are market dependent. Incremental reach describes additional audience coverage and is distinct from incremental customer acquisition.

Confirm before buying: Confirm the operating partner, total fees, inventory permissions, audience eligibility, report exports, and the contracted scope of independent measurement.

    Request before choosing
The named campaign operator, itemized platform and partner costs, sample publisher reports, frequency and identity definitions, and responsibility for CRM reconciliation.
  • Google logo
    DSP and publisher access

    Display & Video 360

Provider source: Display & Video 360

Google's Display & Video 360 provides programmatic CTV buying with controls for audiences, content categories, genres, geography, and devices. Its targeting documentation distinguishes customer lists, third party audiences, and Google audiences, each with availability and identity requirements. Coverage varies by market, publisher, and exchange. A campaign operator must select eligible inventory and targeting for the actual account.

    Sources: CTV targeting and limitations

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Teams already using Google's advertising tools, or evaluating a specialist operator for programmatic buying with explicit audience and reporting requirements.

    Measurement and reporting

Google documents CTV forecasting and reporting separately from targeting. Audience availability does not establish how a financial conversion is matched or exported. Confirm the report dimensions, conversion setup, identity coverage, and any independent measurement in the proposal.

Confirm before buying: Review product and geographic restrictions before applying audience rules. First party audience lists have regional exclusions, and combined audiences containing first party lists are unsupported on non YouTube CTV inventory.

    Request before choosing
The advertiser account structure, operator fees, eligible inventory and audiences, sample reports, data export rights, and the plan for joining platform response to accepted CRM outcomes.
  • Amazon Ads logo
    DSP and publisher access

    Amazon DSP

    Provider source: Amazon DSP

Amazon's current product documentation places Amazon DSP capabilities within Amazon Ads Agent, through Display, Video, and Audio campaigns with advanced settings. The programmatic offering covers streaming TV, display, video, and audio across Amazon properties and third party publishers. Amazon states that existing campaign settings, audience segments, deal management, and reporting history carry forward, with self service and managed service pricing models continuing.

    Sources: Amazon DSP product documentation

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Financial advertisers evaluating Amazon media and audience signals, including businesses that do not sell products on Amazon.

    Measurement and reporting

Amazon documents continuity of existing audiences and reporting in the updated product. Finance advertisers still need to establish which conversion events, exports, and measurement products are available for their account and customer journey.

Confirm before buying: Confirm the current product access, inventory, audience permissions, operator responsibilities, and pricing for the proposed CTV buy. A sponsored ad minimum does not establish programmatic CTV terms.

    Request before choosing
The current account and buying workflow, eligible streaming inventory, available audience signals, full costs, sample reports, and a method for assessing outcomes outside Amazon commerce.
  • Roku Advertising logo
    Buying platforms

    Roku Ads Manager

    Provider source: Roku Ads Manager

Roku Ads Manager is a self service campaign tool that lets advertisers set a streaming TV budget, schedule, objective, and targeting. Roku's help documentation states a minimum lifetime campaign budget of $500 and describes automatic delivery optimization within the selected campaign settings. Advertisers can adjust budgets, pause campaigns, or extend their schedule. The published budget floor is an account rule, not an estimate of the spend needed to acquire a financial services customer.

    Sources: Campaign budget and scheduling

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Teams comparing a contained streaming TV pilot with an internal owner for campaign setup, approved creative, and response measurement.

    Measurement and reporting

Roku states that reporting uses the account time zone. The budget documentation does not establish a CRM integration or funded outcome metric; confirm conversion tracking, matching, and study access for the campaign.

Confirm before buying: Confirm publisher and format availability, creative requirements, financial product eligibility, conversion setup, and reporting exports before committing a test budget.

    Request before choosing
A placement and targeting plan, total creative and measurement costs, sample performance reports, and the method for following attributed responses into qualified and completed customer outcomes.

Its product includes audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative tools, and customizable reporting. Vibe's measurement documentation describes website pixel tracking, selectable attribution windows, and integrations with web analytics and mobile measurement tools. Walmart ownership is company context; buyers should confirm which Walmart Connect capabilities are currently available within their Vibe account.

Sources: Measurement and reportingWalmart acquisition announcement

    Services, reporting, and scope

    Potential fit

Smaller teams evaluating a streaming TV test with an internal owner for the offer, approved creative, conversion path, and customer outcome reporting.

    Measurement and reporting

Vibe documents website attribution windows from one hour to seven days and reporting for visits, conversions, app installs, and app revenue. A financial product may have a longer funding or approval cycle, requiring separate CRM follow through.

Confirm before buying: Confirm current audience and inventory access, campaign terms, export fields, event setup, and the difference between available integrations and planned product changes.

    Request before choosing
Current platform features, all pilot costs, cancellation conditions, and a sample export showing how platform conversions can be reconciled with qualification and completed financial outcomes.

Public descriptions are a starting point. Confirm current pricing, inventory, account access, and reporting in the proposal. Platform attribution does not establish incremental customer acquisition.

Before you choose

Set your buying requirements

Agree on the outcome, approval owners, and complete cost before committing spend. Cheap leads only help if they become customers.

Read the partner selection guide ↗
Define the outcome for your financial product

Keep each stage separate so application starts or enquiries do not stand in for customers. Reporting depends on the evidence your team can provide.

Banks and deposit products
Enquiry or application → approval → opened and funded account
Eligible markets, product specific creative, application completion, and account funding.
Mortgage and consumer lenders
Qualified enquiry → application → approval → funded loan
Product and geography fit, call quality, intake handoff, and the delay between enquiry and funding.
Insurance advertisers
Qualified enquiry → quote → bound policy
Quote quality, product variants, market coverage, and cost per bound policy where outcome data is available.
Fintech and business finance
Signup or enquiry → eligible application → funded account or loan
The gap between registrations and active or funded customers, with CRM feedback to media.
Wealth, advisory, and tax services
Qualified enquiry → consultation → client or commercial outcome
Lead eligibility, appointment completion, sales cycle length, and the outcome the firm can document.
Plan targeting, creative, search, and measurement

These are our planning approaches. Choose the work that fits your product, team, and available evidence.

Start with a product and market test

A useful first CTV test isolates a business question within markets the advertiser can actually serve.

  1. Choose one product and define the qualified and final outcome with intake and finance. Confirm the markets, offer, and approval conditions before buying.
  2. Review baseline demand, existing media, seasonality, and intake capacity by market. Choose markets with enough outcome volume to inform the decision; reserve controls only if a viable experiment can be designed.
  3. Set the spend ceiling, observation window, success criteria, and pause triggers before launch. Include search capture, landing page readiness, and the time needed for applications or accounts to mature.

Measure: Track delivery, valid enquiries, qualification, and mature commercial outcomes by acquisition cohort and market. Keep offer changes and intake interruptions in the action log.

Budget decision: Expand after the agreed cohort has matured and quality and cost meet the business criteria. If approvals or intake are the bottleneck, fix that step before increasing media.

Financial services budget planner ↗
Reach eligible audiences and control frequency

Inventory quality, market coverage, and frequency determine what a CTV budget reaches; CPM alone cannot describe the buy.

  1. Specify device type, publisher or app visibility, supply paths, geographic reporting, and verification coverage in the proposal. Distinguish TV screen delivery from broader online video.
  2. Agree on frequency controls and their identity scope. Ask whether the limit works within one platform, across publishers, or across the full buy, and how unmatched households are handled.
  3. Review reach growth, the frequency distribution, creative rotation, and linear/CTV overlap where measured. Assess exclusions or supply changes against outcome quality as well as delivery cost.

Measure: Use impressions, unique reach under a stated identity definition, average and distribution of frequency, delivery in eligible markets, and disclosed invalid traffic or verification limits.

Budget decision: If impressions rise while measured unique reach flattens, investigate saturation and identity gaps before adding spend. A cheaper supply path earns budget only when its delivery and outcome evidence hold up.

Programmatic buying approach ↗Supporting source: Media Rating Council
Test the message with approved creative variants

Creative tests are easier to interpret when the team changes a defined message variable and keeps an approved record of each version.

  1. Build the brief around one product, one approved claim, the evidence behind it, and one next step. Decide which disclosures and market variants reviewers require.
  2. Create variants that change one meaningful element, such as the opening problem, explanation, or call to action. Preserve the same offer and comparison conditions where practical.
  3. Send scripts, rough cuts, final spots, and corresponding landing pages through the agreed review path. Record the approved asset, dates, restrictions, and replacement owner before trafficking.

Measure: Evaluate delivery alongside valid response, qualification, and later outcomes by creative. Completion rate describes playback and should not decide the winner on its own.

Budget decision: Choose a variant when outcome evidence supports the difference and each version received a comparable opportunity to run. Treat low volume differences as a reason for another test.

Creative review workflow ↗Supporting source: Federal Trade Commission
Improve the handoff from response to intake

A campaign can buy attention efficiently and still lose value when the landing page, form, or call handoff fails.

  1. Match the page to the product and spot. Review mobile rendering, approved claims, qualification questions, form errors, and the next step before media runs.
  2. Test calls and forms through to the CRM using permitted test records. Verify campaign fields, duplicate handling, lead routing, call availability, and the agreed follow-up process.
  3. Use rejection reasons and stage progression to identify the bottleneck. Change the page, qualification, or intake step with a clear test question rather than treating every lost lead as a media problem.

Measure: Monitor rates of valid calls and forms, duplicate or invalid records, contact rate, qualification, appointment or application completion, and final outcomes where available.

Budget decision: If a media cohort generates valid leads but few are contacted, prioritize routing and follow-up. If eligibility is poor, revisit the offer, audience rules, and page qualification.

Landing page and conversion services ↗
Optimize to mature CRM outcomes and full acquisition cost

Finance media decisions should use outcome cohorts and an agreed cost ledger so cheap leads do not conceal expensive customer acquisition.

  1. Define valid, qualified, application or opportunity, and final outcomes. Agree on identifiers, source fields, outcome timestamps, and how repeats, existing customers, and unmatched records are handled.
  2. Group results by acquisition period and allow the product's outcome window to mature. Compare cohorts of similar age; report recent applications as pending rather than failures.
  3. Agree which media, management, production, data, and implementation costs enter the ledger. Review cost per qualified and final outcome alongside value or margin when the business can supply it.

Measure: Show cost per valid enquiry, qualification rate, qualified to final conversion rate, and cost per final outcome. Keep attributed, reconciled, and incremental measures separately labeled.

Budget decision: A source with a higher form cost can deserve budget when it generates better mature outcomes. When outcome data is missing, identify the gap before making a revenue claim.

Exposure to outcome measurement guide ↗
Design the lift question before launching a test

Incrementality asks what the campaign added against a credible counterfactual; an attribution window alone cannot answer that question.

  1. Name the effect to estimate, such as additional funded accounts from adding CTV while maintaining search. Select the outcome, unit of assignment, analysis window, and planned method in advance.
  2. Have the measurement team assess baseline variability, outcome volume, power, control quality, and likely contamination. Randomize where feasible; assess assumptions carefully for a matched market design.
  3. Keep offer changes, other media, seasonality, and market differences visible. Report uncertainty and departures from the test plan, including exposure that crosses treatment and control boundaries.

Measure: Report the estimated difference from the counterfactual, its uncertainty, and the exact outcome and population covered. A positive point estimate alone is insufficient to establish a reliable effect.

Budget decision: Use the result within the markets, period, and design it supports. An inconclusive test calls for a revised design or more evidence; it is not automatically proof of no effect.

Make approval and data governance part of the media plan

An approval process is usable when each asset, market, data source, and correction decision has an accountable owner.

  1. Have the client's legal and compliance team identify the rules relevant to the entity, product, and markets. Investment adviser, lending, insurance, and deposit advertising need different reviews.
  2. Maintain an approval matrix linking the spot, disclosure, landing page, audience rules, geography, dates, and version. Define who can replace an asset, pause media, or escalate a complaint.
  3. Agree on permissioned data access, necessary fields, approved transfers, retention, and reporting exports. Review scope before using CRM audiences or sending financial application information to a platform.

Measure: Use the approved asset register, trafficking checks, correction log, and documented data permissions. A media dashboard does not establish legal compliance.

Budget decision: Pause the affected execution when an offer or approval no longer matches the running asset. Resume through the designated review and release process.

Financial services governance playbook ↗Supporting source: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Set up, test, and review the first 90 days

This is a proposed sequence. Timing depends on approvals, tracking, media availability, and how long outcomes take to mature.

  1. Days 1 to 30

Agree on the outcome and prepare the launch

Review the offer, markets, current media, creative, intake, analytics, and CRM access. Define valid and qualified leads, map the approval path, and agree on the budget, reporting fields, and test question.

Deliverable: An agreed campaign brief, measurement contract, approval owners, and launch dependencies.

  2. Days 31 to 60

Run the test and reconcile response

Launch the agreed media and capture paths once approvals and tracking are ready. Review delivery, pacing, search activity, calls, forms, and CRM progression; resolve reporting gaps before using the results to expand.

Deliverable: A delivery and response baseline, a record of data gaps, and prioritized campaign changes.

  3. Days 61 to 90

Use qualified outcomes to decide what comes next

Assess market, creative, and channel results against downstream outcomes as they mature. Decide whether to expand, revise the offer or landing path, or extend the test. Scope a lift experiment only if the sample and controls support it.

Deliverable: A recommendation for the next budget with the evidence, remaining uncertainty, and owners for each action.

Compare the complete acquisition cost

These hypothetical inputs explain the calculation. They are not vendor prices, campaign results, or benchmarks.

Estimated impressions
$40,000 media ÷ $25 CPM × 1,000 = 1,600,000 impressions.
Complete cost per funded outcome
$50,000 total cost ÷ 20 mature funded outcomes = $2,500 each. Include agreed media, creative, implementation, management, and measurement costs.
Lead quality changes the result
At $30,000 each, 300 enquiries and 10 funded outcomes cost $3,000 per outcome. A second cohort with 200 enquiries and 16 funded outcomes costs $1,875 each, despite a higher enquiry cost.

Compare cohorts of the same age. These costs describe outcomes; they do not establish that CTV caused them.

Confirm responsibilities, fees, and reporting access

Give every provider the same product, markets, budget range, approval requirements, and measurement objective.

  1. Which supply paths, publishers, apps, exchanges, and resellers will be used for our product, audience, and markets?
  2. Which costs are media, technology, data, verification, measurement, creative, agency management, minimums, or pass through fees?
  3. Which creative claims, disclosures, product variations, market restrictions, and expiration dates can be enforced in the workflow?
  4. What exposure, household, device, impression, reach, frequency, and creative level fields can our analytics team receive?
  5. How will CTV response be reconciled with paid search, direct visits, calls, forms, applications, approvals, and funded outcomes?
  6. Which method distinguishes attributed outcomes from incremental outcomes, and what sample size or market structure does it require?
  7. Who can pause media, fix tracking, replace creative, correct a disclosure, or explain a reporting variance?
  8. What happens if platform reporting and CRM reporting disagree?

Watch for missing evidence

  • The vendor promises funded accounts, policies, applications, ROAS, or compliance outcomes without seeing the funnel and data.
  • The proposal hides material fees, supply paths, attribution windows, or reporting limitations behind a blended CPM.
  • The sales process treats CTV as a direct substitute for paid search instead of a demand-creation channel that needs capture paths.
  • The reporting plan cannot separate delivery quality, attributed response, qualified outcomes, and causal evidence.
  • Creative, disclosure, market, and recordkeeping controls are described verbally but not documented in the operating process.
  • The platform cannot export enough data for finance, analytics, or compliance teams to audit the decision later.
Common questions

Services, pricing, and measurement

What is the best CTV advertising platform for financial services?

Choose around your product, eligible markets, internal team, and measurement needs. A platform can fit a team that already manages creative, approvals, and reporting. A managed partner can coordinate those responsibilities with the media buy.

How do your services differ from a platform we operate ourselves?

We coordinate the agreed work across TV and CTV, paid search, creative, landing pages, and measurement. A platform provides buying tools that your team operates, with support depending on the product. Compare who owns each responsibility and the full cost of delivery.

What is included in your pricing?

We agree on the scope after reviewing your product, markets, media mix, creative, tracking, and reporting needs. The proposal separates media spend, management, creative, landing pages, data or technology, and measurement. Confirm minimums, term, cancellation conditions, and the work your team retains.

Can Simplicity Signal connect campaign reporting to our CRM?

We reconcile available media, web, call, and CRM evidence using agreed connectors or exports. The design depends on permissioned access, stable identifiers, outcome definitions, and data quality. We identify unmatched records and keep attributed outcomes separate from incremental results.

Can CTV generate funded accounts or qualified financial leads?

CTV can create demand that appears through search, visits, calls, and applications. Qualified or funded outcomes depend on the offer, markets, creative, intake, sales cycle, and data access. We evaluate mature business outcomes; platform attribution alone does not prove incremental acquisition.
