    Potential fit

Growth stage and enterprise brands that want connected media planning, customer acquisition reporting, and one team coordinating the agreed campaign work.

    Measurement and reporting

Our Simplicity Signal reporting reconciles available media, web, call, and CRM data. We review customer acquisition cost and business outcomes, keeping attributed response separate from incremental lift. Testing depends on data readiness.

TV and CTV planning and buying
We plan audiences, markets, inventory, reach, and frequency, with senior media operators overseeing the buy.

    Creative production
We develop or adapt campaign creative. The proposal defines assets, versions, revisions, approvals, and usage rights.
    Landing pages and conversion

Delivery is optimized within the selected settings, and advertisers can adjust budgets, pause campaigns, or extend the schedule. That budget floor describes platform access; it does not establish the spend needed for a useful acquisition test.

Public descriptions are a starting point. Confirm current pricing, inventory, account access, and reporting in the proposal. Platform attribution does not establish incremental customer acquisition.

For product approvals and CRM outcomes, see our financial services CTV comparison. For campaign responsibilities, compare managed CTV and platforms your team operates.

Before you choose

Set your buying requirements

A platform gives your team buying tools. A managed engagement assigns outside ownership of agreed campaign work. Give each provider the same audience, geography, budget, assets, and outcome definition before comparing proposals.

Inventory and audience eligibility

Confirm publishers, apps, devices, markets, and exclusions. Ask which buying routes apply to the proposed account and how unavailable inventory is replaced. A publisher logo or genre audience does not guarantee a particular placement.

First party data, publisher segments, and modeled interests have different permissions and matching limits. Google's CTV targeting documentation describes its product restrictions. For a regional campaign, compare delivery with your service area using our local CTV guide.

Complete costs and minimum commitments

Separate media, production, management, technology, and measurement. Confirm embedded margin, minimums, term, and cancellation conditions. A platform minimum does not establish enough budget for a useful test.

Roku's cited documentation lists a $500 lifetime campaign floor. Tatari's TV retargeting product states no minimum for that product. MNTN describes dynamic CPM with an undisclosed retained margin. These terms cover different scopes.

Our linear TV buying power: Our buying power secures traditional linear TV media rates at 50% to 80% off across our linear TV buys. The proposal identifies the comparison rate, negotiated media rate and buying terms. This is a linear TV media-rate discount, not a CTV discount or a reduction in production, management and measurement fees. Keep negotiated linear rates separate from CTV pricing. See the CTV cost guide for planning assumptions.

Creative and campaign responsibilities

Name the owners of audience setup, assets, approvals, tracking, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting. Confirm versions, revisions, usage rights, and the process for replacing creative or authorizing more spend.

For a plan that includes linear TV, confirm who negotiates airtime, reconciles delivery, and handles makegoods. Our TV buying guide and local TV cost guide explain those responsibilities.

Measurement, account access, and data ownership

Separate delivery, attributed response, and incremental outcomes. Request sample report fields, matching methods, attribution windows, export permissions, retention terms, and access after the engagement ends.

Reconcile conversions with business records. A later action matched to exposure does not establish causation. Lift testing needs a credible comparison and suitable outcome data. Our CTV retargeting guide explains audience overlap and a hypothetical holdout calculation.

Common questions

Platforms, costs, and measurement

What is the best CTV advertising platform?

Choose around eligible inventory, audience controls, internal capacity, total cost, and measurement. Confirm the proposed account's capabilities and terms with the provider.

Is a platform cheaper than an agency?

Compare the complete cost, including your team's time. A platform still needs planning, creative, operations, and measurement. Managed services add an agreed external scope.

Can the same platform buy linear TV and CTV?

Some offerings describe both. Confirm the product and inventory in the proposal. Shared buying access does not guarantee deduplicated measurement or a single frequency cap.

Does platform ROAS prove incremental revenue?

No. Attribution applies matching and credit rules. Estimating additional revenue requires a credible comparison and appropriate business data.
